A modern city stay on the edge of Darling Harbour, where sleek rooms, rooftop dips and a warm pet-friendly policy make travel with dogs refreshingly simple.

Book the Pet Friendly Package and your pup gets the welcome they deserve, from a cozy setup in the room to pupaccinos at Café 58 downstairs. The 20kg weight limit keeps things best for small to medium dogs, but the location more than makes up for it: Darling Harbour on one side, the CBD on the other, and plenty of pet-friendly dining and walks within easy reach.

Our Take

What we loved most about Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour was the location – step outside and you’re on the edge of the water or in the thick of the CBD within minutes. The pupaccino at Café 58 and the amenities were a nice touch.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour

Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour feels polished and modern, with sleek rooms and a rooftop pool that looks straight out over the city skyline. Rooms are comfortable rather than showy — think clean lines, big beds and plenty of natural light. The location does the heavy lifting: step outside and you’re wedged between the CBD and the waterfront, with cafés, parks and Darling Square buzzing late into the night. Dogs aren’t joining you at the pool or gym, but in-room they’re set up with beds and bowls, and Café 58 downstairs makes them part of the scene with pupaccinos on the menu.

Why We Recommend Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour

Because it’s one of the few big-name hotels in Sydney that makes travelling with dogs feel easy. The CBD and Darling Harbour are right on your doorstep, giving you plenty of walks, dining and people-watching within minutes.
